Are Siicre’Art products safe?

I bought two identical blankets. Why are they not exactly the same size?
Each blanket is handmade, which means slight variations may occur. These small differences are part of the charm and authenticity of handcrafted work.
I ordered several items. Why is the packaging not exactly the same?
As part of our eco-conscious approach, we use different types of recyclable materials and local suppliers. This means the packaging may vary slightly from one product to another, without affecting the quality of your creations.
What are the shipping times and fees?
We ship across Canada and the United States. Delivery times generally vary between 5 and 10 business days depending on the destination. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout, and we may occasionally offer free shipping on selected offers or orders.
What should I do if I want to return a product?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your creation within 14 days of receiving it, under certain conditions.
