Shipping

We take great care of your order!

  • We ship our creations across Canada and the United States.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

    (Please note that our items are made to order, so allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your piece to be made before shipping. This production time does not include shipping time.)

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the weight and size of the items.

  • Free shipping offers may be available during selected promotions or on certain orders.

  • Each order is carefully packaged to ensure that your blankets, pillows and other creations arrive in perfect condition.


Retours

At Siicre’Art, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be clean, unused and returned in their original condition.

  • To request a return, please contact us at sicreart.adm23@gmail.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.


Exchanges

You may exchange a product for another size, color or model if it is available in stock.

To request an exchange, please contact us at sicreart.adm23@gmail.com with your order number and the product you would like.

Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item and verify its condition.


Important notes

  • Each Siicre’Art creation is entirely handmade, which may result in slight variations in size or color. These differences are part of the charm and authenticity of our pieces.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
