All yarn orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on yarn orders over $85 CAD within Canada.

All handmade pieces are made to order with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. Once completed, your order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All digital products (PDF patterns, tutorials, etc.) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No physical item will be shipped. Please make sure to enter a valid email address at checkout.

Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water, inside a mesh laundry bag. Lay flat to dry to preserve the texture and volume.
